Do not expect drastic changes quickly, although it is often the
case. To change the way your body processes have been operating takes
time. How long have you had your condition? Lasting changes take
time. Stick with your decision and program and you will reach your
goal. Cleansing and purification program have significant positive
effects on your body, while allowing harmful toxins and byproducts
of daily metabolism to be eliminated.
During this process, it is possible you may not feel your best.
Usually these effects last for a short time, but you must be aware
of the possibility of experiencing headaches, unusual bowel movements,
a coated tongue, spots on the skin, rushes, or pimples, unusual body
odor, and fatigue. These symptoms may be relieved by drinking more
water, doing enemas, skin brushing, taking sauna, etc. Also during
the program you may feel more emotional than usual. Mindfully address
all mental, emotional, and spiritual issues that may arise. Take
a long walk, talk to a friend or to somebody you can share your feelings
with, get massage, write down how you feel. Through the program keep
your goal in mind, your reward will be healthier, more energetic,
and happier you.
In addition to other procedures you must move your body. We measure
the amount of energy of the food in calories. Calorie means heat.
The more heat we generate through the day the more calories we use
up. If your intake of energy (food) for the day is more than we use
during that day our body will store it for the future. The most efficient
way to store the energy is to turn it into fat until it's needed.
The way to remove fat from your body is to change the amount of energy/food
and the amount and quality of movement. During the movement there
is a specific range of the heart rate when body burns the fat most
efficiently. The formula to find out your optimal rate is:
(220-your age number) x 65% =
Fat Burning Heart Rate
During you exercise you should keep this heart rate for ½ to
1 hour per day during your program, if you have weight loss in mind.
Any exercise is acceptable (walking, running, jumping, bicycling,
treadmill etc) as long as you keep around your FBHR. |
