PURIFICATION DETOXIFICATION

Shake: drink 2-3 per day:

1-11/2 cups of fruit or vegetables ( fresh or frozen)

1-11/2 glass of water

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil (can be Grape seed oil, or Olive oil)

2 round scoops of SP Complete powder

Mix all the ingredients together. You can make enough to last for a day (keep refrigerated).

Vegetables and fruits only during these weeks. Twice as much vegetables as fruits. Half of vegetables should be raw. No salad dressing. Water, vegetable juices and herbal teas are the only beverages. Most vegetables may be steamed for 4 minutes or stir fried over low heat. Fresh herbs and spices are optional. No seeds, beans, or nuts.

Vegetables: Artichokes, asparagus, beets red (steam for 20-30 min. or until soft), bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chives, onions, leeks, cucumbers, eggplant, mushrooms, kohlrabies, peppers, radishes, garlic.
Arugula, beet greens, collard greens, dandelion greens, endive, escarole, kale, mustard greens, radicchio, romaine, spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, etc.

Fruits: no canned or dried fruit, fresh or frozen only (organic whenever possible). Apples, apricots, avocado, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, cantaloupe, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, grapes, kiwis, lemons, limes, mangos, mulberries, nectarines, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, pineapple, plums, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines, tomatoes, etc.

Supplements during purification/detoxification

Week #1: 7 capsules SP Cleanse 3x per day with water or shake

3 capsules SP Gastro Fiber 3x per day with shake or water

Your shakes are part of the supplementation

Week #2 and 3: continue with 2-3 shakes per day

3 capsules SP Gastro Fiber 3x per day with water or shake

5 capsules SP Green Food 2x per day with water or shake

Supplement information:

SP Cleanse: all vegetarian product that helps liver, kidney, lymphatic system, and colon remove toxins from the body.

SP Complete: delivers nutrition in a shake, provides protein, antioxidants, essential fatty acids and other nutrients to support liver detoxification and immune function.

Gastro-Fiber: dietary fiber to and other health foods that support proper intestinal environment and help to soften the stool, promote regular elimination, and maintain healthy gut.

SP Green Food: Combined from organically grown greens to support detoxification of the liver and combat free radical damage.

In addition some other nutrients may be added to the protocol, to address individual needs.

For the time of the program refrain from alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, and other stimulants. Drink 64 oz. of water per day.
